Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy:

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or requirements. While we do not offer direct exchanges due to our limited inventory, we do provide an exchange option if we have the desired item available in stock. Here's how it works:

1. Check Stock Availability: Before initiating an exchange, please ensure that the desired item is available in our inventory. You can do so by contacting us at contact@ivyshaven.com FIRST. 

2. Initiate Exchange Request: If the desired item is available, send an email to contact@ivyshaven.com with your exchange request. Please include your order details, the item you wish to exchange, and the item you would like to receive in exchange.

3. Shipping Fee: Customers are responsible for the shipping fee to return the product to Ivy's Haven Boutique. Upon confirmation of the exchange, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return shipment. Shipping Address: 122 N East St, Frederick, MD 21701

4. Confirmation of Tracking Number: Once Ivy's Haven Customer Service receives confirmation of the tracking number for the returned product, we will proceed with shipping the new product to you.
